Ian J Gandel

Mr Ian Gandel is a Melbourne businessman with extensive experience in retail management and retail property. He has had an involvement in the construction and leasing of Gandel shopping centres and has been a director of Gandel Retail Trust. Mr Gandel has previously been involved in the Priceline retail chain and the “CEO” chain of serviced offices.
He has been an investor in the mining industry since 1994 and is currently a substantial shareholder of a number of publicly listed Australian companies and holds and explores mineral tenements in his own right in Victoria and Western Australia.
Mr Gandel is also a non-executive director of Alliance Resources Limited and Alkane Resources Ltd.

Mr. Rosenstreich has a technical background but has worked in corporate finance and management
of listed companies over the past 30 years. Mike has a unique combination of technical and
commercial skills, including:
• 13 years as an exploration and mine geologist in senior roles;
• 6 years as a resource financier with NM Rothschild & Sons;
• 2 years as a technical consultant with Snowden and independently; and
• 9 years through to 2013 as Managing Director of ASX listed Bass Metals from pre IPO stage through exploration success and culminating in over 5 years of base and precious metals

Mr Starink's qualifications include Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours (University of Sydney), a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with First Class Honours (University of Sydney) and a Master of Applied Science (University of Sydney). His academic achievements include; Union Carbide Prize in Inorganic Chemistry, Western Mining Prize in Chemical Engineering and Beckman Coulter Postgraduate Prize for Best Overall Performance in Molecular Biotechnology. He held the position of Deputy Head Department of Chemical Engineering at Curtin University of Technology during 1984-85 & 1987.
Based in London, Jon Starink is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a Chartered Scientist and a Chartered Industrial Chemist, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, a Member of The Metallurgical Society and a Member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute.
He has 30 years experience in the mining industry in the role of both executive and non-executive director. His extensive practical and operational experience includes engineering design and project management; mining exploration management; science and engineering research & development and process innovation & development.
Of particular relevance, for ten years he served in senior technical and engineering roles with the Sons of Gwalia Ltd Greenbushes tantalum-tin project where he was directly responsible for process development, project design and construction management for the tin smelter and tantalum extraction projects.
John Damian Kenny

Mr Kenny is a lawyer with a specialised interest in venture capital, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in public equity fundraisings and the pricing of equity, debt and derivative securities.
John Morrison Chisholm
(Chief Geologist) B.Sc (Hons), PhD., FAusIMM, F.AIG
Geologist Dr Chisholm has a wide experience in exploration geology and exploration management having worked as lecturer at the University of Western Australia and Curtin University prior to working for various international mining companies.
Dr Chisholm is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy with Chartered Practising status in Geology. He was one of the first geologists in Australia to have been awarded Practising Chartered Status in geology by the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy which is the highest level of recognition that can be attained by professional geologists.
In 1984 he joined Western United Mining Services Pty Ltd during which time as managing director he managed a large group of geoscientists and was involved in the discovery of the Transvaal and Bounty gold mines. Dr Chisholm has over 25 years experience in the mineral industry including the evaluation of exploration data, mineral resources and ore reserves.

Ayman Ayyash holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) from the South Dakota State University. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Engineers.
He has 26 years of experience as a professional engineer, having worked in various parts of the world including the USA, Australia, Gulf Arab states and North Africa where he was employed by a number of major international companies including Du Pont and BHP.
Mr Ayyash has a sound knowledge of the commercial and political environments in North Africa and the Middle East (MENA).
Rowan St John Caren

Mr Caren holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
He was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia and overseas for six years and has been directly involved in the minerals exploration industry for a further 14 years. Mr Caren provides the Company secretarial and corporate advisory services.
Geoffrey Alexander Hawkins

Geoff Hawkins holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Mr Hawkins has over 16 years experience in commercial accounting roles and public practice. His commercial experience includes roles with companies across several industries, particularly mining exploration and mining services.
